Great product, faulty pump

Although I love this product, upon delivery, the pump was broken. I had to bring it to my spa and have my stylist find a different bottle/pump to transfer the oil. Highly disappointed as I paid over $12 for shipping.

Item arrived opened

The two bottles of Shea Oil were packed without plastic caps on them and opened during shipping. Oil was dripping from the bubble wrap that they were contained in.
