RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. (We do not offer exchanges)

THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL RETURNS.

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All item(s) should be returned in their original product packaging. (Exception: Hairs, Wigs, cosmetics)
    Due to State and Federal Health Department Regulations on the sale of wigs and hair additions, the following policies must be enforced:
  • All items returned for refund must be in salable condition, unworn, undamaged, unopened, and in the original net and undamaged packaging with tags still attached. Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival and if ineligible for refund it will be returned to the customer's own expense.
  • We will only pay the return shipping costs if the returned item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc..).
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No return(s) are accepted after 30 days of delivery date.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault
  • All clearance items are non-returnable.
  • If customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs.
  • All New York residents are required to pay taxes
  • If your shipping and billing address is different then you may be contacted to verify your order
  • If your order contains an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • If return item(s) are damaged or not in new condition or have no RMA number, we will either refuse the item(s) or send item(s) back to you (customer is responsible for the shipping charges)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless special instruction is given
  • Transit time varies depending on destination location. Estimated delivery time is typically within 3-10 business days.
  • We are unable to provide any additional documentation to local customs beyond what is already provided with the package
  • Once the package(s) leaves our facility we have no control over the package(s) delivery route or delivery confirmation
  • All orders are subject to local fees, taxes duties, and customs. We do not cover these charges and the charges may be significant so check with your local customs office. Charges are not included in the shipping costs.
