  • We will no longer be accepting returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless special instruction is given
  • Transit time varies depending on destination location. Estimated delivery time is typically within 3-10 business days.
  • We are unable to provide any additional documentation to local customs beyond what is already provided with the package
  • Once the package(s) leaves our facility we have no control over the package(s) delivery route or delivery confirmation
  • All orders are subject to local fees, taxes duties, and customs. We do not cover these charges and the charges may be significant so check with your local customs office. Charges are not included in the shipping costs.
