Shipping Cost is depends on the locations & weight. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the Shipping Method choices and their respective prices

All international, PO BOX, APO and domestic shipments outside the contiguous United States will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). If an order is placed before 5pm,(2pm for USPS) the order will go out the same day(if in Stock). All orders shipping domestically to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping method will be chosen at our discretion depending on the items orders and the destinations.

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please contact us via e-mail at help@beautyofnewyork.com or by telephone (516-505-1090). Please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. We will try resolve the issue (ship replacement or credit) but we may need to trace the package before any action is taken.
