Stop. Hold your breath. It's...beautiful, and let it out. First of all, let's rant a bit. Why in the world did it take so long for this brand to come out?! Why do we all not know about this brand line yet? Why isn't it available more widely? Sigh, okay, now that we ranted a bit, we'll explain.
Note the word 'DEEP' in their brand name (In our opinion, they should all be this deep in parting depth f.y.i.). So how deep is it? 4 glorious inches from the forehead line. But we would also like to highlight the fact that this parting, isn't straight. Instead, it curves at the end, ever so slightly. Sort of making...a J shape parting. It looks more natural that way, so absolutely no complaints here.
Next, though there is a lace side sculpting tab, and the hairline all around is laced for more natural blending appearance, and the lace feature extends to the back side as well. The parting surface however, is not lace. Instead, it looks to be a mono-skin-top of some sort.
Let's first review the listed features given by the maker on the box.
- No cut, no glue, no tape is necessary.
- Curling iron safe up to 400 degrees.
- Comes with Sculpting tabs, ear to ear lace.
- Clear invisible premium quality lace.
- 1 comb on each side, and 1 large comb in the back of the cap.
- 1 size fits all adjustable cap (comes with adjustable straps).
- Soft baby hairline on the forehead and in the nape area.
Now our take on MILLY:
MILLY, has soft beach wave, similar in wave pattern to retro Hollywood finger wave, only the wave pattern is set apart wider and looser. If its sister Bentley's loose curls are too big for your face, Milly may be your answer. She's easier to wear to work or meetings. She's about 22 inches long at it's longest length from top to bottom, and has different mixed layers. Side parted, with a soft slight bang.
The parting is pretty set. It's not a negative for us, but if you were thinking of changing the parting side, that isn't possible.
It also comes in really pretty Ombre colors, which is only available in the newest brand lines.
Here are the special colors, and yes it does come in its standard 1, 1b, colors as well.
