Tocco Magico Rhol Color Active 2:1 Emulsion Dedicated Emulsion Activator for Rhol Color Cream should always be mixed in a 2:1 ratio with rhol color cream: 2 parts emulsion with 1 part cream color.
ex: 60ml of rhol color active emulsion + 30ml of rhol color cream.
1 litre of rhol color active emulsion is sufficient for 8/9 tubes of rhol color cream. |
