It restores moisture to the cuticle and provides conditioning benefits while completing your relaxer process. My special color alert system tells you the shampoo is working and lets you know when you have completely rinsed the relaxed from your hair.
Directions: Rinse the No Base Creme Relaxer from the hair. Put a sufficient amount of Neutralizing Shampoo on the hair and massage into hair and scalp. A pink foam will appear indicating that the shampoo is working. Rinse hair with water. Use Neutralizing Shampoo a second time or until no pink color remains. |
